Imam reza shrine

Imam Reza Shrine or Razavi Shrine is the burial place of Ali bin Musa al-Reza, the eighth Imam of Imami Shiites. This place, which is located in the center of the city of Mashhad in Razavi Khorasan, Iran, is revered as a "sanctuary" and a holy place by Imami Shiites. This shrine has many visitors every year.
The shrine of Imam Reza is a complex with the center of the tomb of Ali bin Musa al-Reza, which includes other mosques, tombs, porticoes, courtyards, libraries and museums. The central point of the shrine, which is the burial place of Ali bin Musa al-Reza, is known as the Manorah Roza, and it is a square space with a length and width of approximately 10 meters. Around this space, there are porticoes, mosques and courtyards, each of which is related to a specific historical period. The oldest and closest building connected to Manorah Roza is Balaser Mosque. Goharshad Mosque, which was the first Jame Mosque in Mashhad, is located in the Haram. There is a shrine made of silver and gold in the space of Manorah. The presence of porches, porches and schools around the shrine has increased the size of this shrine. Currently, there are 21 porches, four porches, four madrassas, two saqaqhanas, 9 courtyards and six basts in the shrine. In addition to the mentioned, there are many tombs in the shrine.
